It works fine overall, and my first gut feeling was that it does the job. The only thing is the cleaning part feels a bit more annoying than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, just something I had to get used to.

I ordered from pluscup.com and had a question about my order, so I reached out to support. It took a few days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt like nobody had really read my message because the answer didn’t fully address what I asked. The product itself was okay, so it wasn’t a total bad experience, but the customer service side definitely needs improvement. Not the worst, just frustrating.

My order from pluscup.com showed up when I expected it to, and reading between the lines, the process was mostly fine. Most of what I received matched what I ordered, so there wasn’t any major issue there.
One item wasn’t quite what I had selected, which was a little frustrating. I ended up going back to my confirmation email just to make sure I wasn’t remembering it wrong. Overall, it was okay, just not as smooth as it could’ve been

I just couldn’t get this in right no matter how many times I tried. It felt too stiff and kind of awkward, and I kept having to start over. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me the insertion part was really frustrating experience

I really wanted this to work, but the fit just wasn’t great for me. The cup felt a little stiff, and instead of settling comfortably, it kind of sat in an awkward way that I kept noticing. For a short amount of time it was fine, like if I only wore it for a bit, but after a while it started to feel uncomfortable and distracting. I also think the sizing might be a little tricky, because maybe I chose the wrong size, but it’s hard to tell. Either way, it just didn’t feel right on me, so I’m not super happy with it.

I ended up returning it, and the whole process was way easier than I expected. From the way everything was handled, I got the impression they were on top of it, because my refund came through fast and there wasn’t any hassle at all.

I’ve been using this for a few months now, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how solid it still feels. No cracks, no strange wear, and it hasn’t started looking beat up like I half expected it to. I did take one star off because cleaning around the edges can be a little annoying at times, but overall it’s held up really well.

I was mostly worried this would show up smelling like chemicals or feeling cheap, because apparently that’s a thing you have to worry about now. But nope, the cup is soft without feeling flimsy, and the material actually seems like good quality. I washed it before using it, of course, and it felt safe overall. It did take me a little while to get used to it, but that’s kind of expected. So far, I’m happy with it.

I was surprised at how easy it was to remove. My sister even commented that it came off without any fuss or awkward pulling at all.

I went with the larger size and expected it to feel a bit too much, but it actually fit better than I thought it would. It did take me a couple of tries to get it positioned right, but once it was in properly, it felt comfortable.
The capacity has been a nice surprise too, especially on heavier days when I hate having to empty things constantly. I’m giving it 4 stars because the rim felt a little stiff at first, but overall it worked out better than I expected.

I wanted to like these, and they’re mostly fine, but I’m a little confused because they still leaked a bit on my heavier days. I thought they were supposed to be fully leakproof, so that was disappointing.

It’s worth the money. For what you get, I literally have no complaints
